Reylenn Construction Company was selected by Sunrise Living to build THE CORE at Sycamore Canyon.

THE CORE consists of 275 units with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units ranging in size from 713 to 1,384 square feet. In this gated, garden style community, the project offers enclosed garages, stainless steel appliances, and luxury interior finishes. A resort-style pool with cabanas anchors the amenity package that includes a clubhouse with spaces for entertaining and relaxing along with a separate fitness building with state-of-the-art cardio equipment.

This 3-story Garden/slab on grade project involved "Type V" construction.
