Reylenn Properties LLC is a Southern California-based real estate company that specializes in the development, investment, and construction of multifamily/mixed-use projects in key markets across the Western region of the United States, including California and Colorado.

Founded by Louis Kuntz and Ric Shwisberg, the veteran management team of the former western regional office of The Morgan Group, Inc., Reylenn is composed of experienced real estate professionals who possess comprehensive skills in site selection, acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, construction and management of multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Over the past 13 years the team has successfully developed projects with an approximate value exceeding $ billion.

Through a disciplined and strategic approach, Reylenn's team leverages their broad knowledge of multi-family markets, industry relationships, and entrepreneurial spirit to identify, analyze and execute potential real estate investment opportunities. Collectively, the team members have more than 80 years of direct working experience in real estate throughout the United States, successfully acquiring and developing challenging properties, including those with complex entitlement requirements and environmental issues.

Reylenn Properties boasts a remarkable track record of success, highlighted by the completion and sale of Solana 3100 Pearl, a stunning Class-A, transit-oriented, mixed-use project located on the esteemed Pearl Street in Boulder, Colorado. The 319-unit development, completed in 2014, was strategically situated opposite the new Boulder Rapid Transit Village and achieved a record-breaking per-door price for market-rate apartments in Boulder, as well as the second-highest per-door price ever recorded in Colorado. Reylenn's success continued in 2016 with the completion of Solana Cherry Creek, a 341-unit project in Glendale, Colorado, which was sold in December 2018. That year, Reylenn also completed two transit-oriented projects in the spring, Solana Olde Town Station, a 352-unit project in Arvada, Colorado, and Solana Lucent Station, a 285-unit project in Highlands Ranch/Douglas County, Colorado. In the fall, Reylenn rounded out the year by breaking ground on Solana Fitzsimons, a 280-unit development in Denver's Central Park neighborhood (formerly Stapleton), an award-winning, master-planned community just east of downtown. This project was completed in December 2020 and subsequently sold in May 2021.

Most recently, in 2025, ReyLenn completed Solana Beeler Park, a 270-unit project, and Solana Central Park, a 307-unit project, both of which are also located in the Central Park submarket of Denver. Finally, ReyLenn has also recently completed Solana Winchester Hills, a 349-unit, 3-story, garden-style project located in the City of Temecula, Riverside County, CA. Both Solana Central Park and Solana Winchester Hills were recently recognized as Award of Merit Winners in the 2025 Gold Nugget Award Competition for “Best Multifamily Housing Community” in their respective categories.

Today, ReyLenn owns and operates four Solana communities: Solana Olde Town Station, Solana Lucent Station, Solana Central Park, and Solana Winchester Hills.

Reylenn's primary goal is to leverage the seasoned expertise and industry connections of its management team to identify lucrative opportunities in rapidly expanding, urban infill locations. Through rigorous analysis of market trends and conditions, Reylenn seeks to pursue ground-up development projects that are strategically aligned with its investment objectives.
